Hello Alexander,
 How did you generate this patch? Have you checked its contents? It
contains several changes on unrelated files and documentation. I'd
expect a patch that _only_ contains your changes for RSA-PSK.

Simply grab a 2_10_x branch, apply your changes there, commit and send
the patch.
