Compilation error gnutls-3.1.1 with nettle-2.5 on cygwin

Did that patch fixed the issue for you?
wMNAF code has not yet been tested on Windows platform.

Could you please tell me the versions of Windows itself, cygwin and gmp you 
are trying to build gnutls against, so I can reproduce this error?
