Follow-up Comment #1, sr #107777 (project gnutls):

Hello,

This is not a bug in gnutls. GnuTLS 3.0.0 includes some ABI/APOI changes and
has therefore changed the soname to libgnutls.so.28. Any depending packages
need to be rebuilt against the new version of gnutls.
