Details:

Commit 41467217 fixed safe renegotiation documentation in gnutls_priority.c
in 2.10.x branch, but the change was not merged to master and hence the
documentation in 2.11.x is incorrect (e.g. listing %PARTIAL_SAFE_RENEGOTIATION
instead of %PARTIAL_RENEGOTIATION).
