[sr #107546] Incorrect use of snprintf

Follow-up Comment #1, sr #107546 (project gnutls):

The use cases we have shouldn't trigger an error in snprintf and truncation
isn't an issue. If you think there are cases where ignoring the error could
cause problems, we can add a fix for that case.
