gnutls 2.8.6 release candidate

Folks,

I think we have enough fixes on the 2.8.x trunk, and the last 2.8.x
release was over two months ago, so it is time for 2.8.6.  Please test
this snapshot as if it were the new release:

I'll release sometime next week.  Build tests on Solaris/HP are very
welcome, I'll see if I can find time to do them myself.
