Hi!  No, they changed the protocol after I implemented and tested it a
long time ago.  Sigh!  Fixing this would be nice for the 2.7.x branch,
but I simply have not had any time to work on it.  It would be nice to
be able to build GnuTLS without any MD5 support.  There are several test
servers out there with TLS 1.2 support, so should be much simpler to
write the support now.
