Ah, right. They are in the *.ZIP file, but not installed by the
installer.

Ok, I added all files to the binary installer.

Patches welcome to achieve this. :) (Against the Makefile distributed at
http://josefsson.org/gnutls4win/ -- it should probably be moved into git
or similar.)
