Problem building GnuTLS 2.2.2 on Solaris

Hi Brian,
I'm about to release 2.2.2 this week, so if you want this change to make
it, we need the answers to the questions below.
Besides, any C++ programmers who can confirm that it is a good idea to
include C headers like stdio.h and string.h in C++ header files?
