We are using it.  We also use the savannah bug tracking system (but you
must file the bug under 'gnutls' instead of under another project).

I guess we simply haven't decided which one to prefer.  Trac gives us
other features that we need (e.g., wiki) and it came with a issue
tracker.  Possibly we could switch to using only trac, or we could
switch to only use the savannah tracker.  If we use issue tracking in
Trac we get nice integration between tickets and the wiki, milestones,
timeline, etc though.  Thoughts?
