The "latest 2.0.x" was 2.0.2, however afaik it was not a stable
release (it also broke the API).

GNUTLS_E_UNKNOWN_HASH_ALGORITHM has also been removed/mapped to
GNUTLS_E_INTERNAL_ERROR.
