[gnutls-dev] FYI, GnuTLS on Windows Vista works

I just got my hands on a new laptop running Windows Vista, and I tried
the GnuTLS 1.6.3 Windows Installer on it, and it seemed to work fine.  I
tested both HTTPS and SMTP + STARTTLS via gnutls-cli.
