Mailing list moved!

Hi!  If everything works, this will be the first message posted through
the new mailing list address gnutls-devel at gnu.org.

The old mailing list gnutls-dev at gnupg.org is no longer used, but
messages to that address will be forwarded to the new list.  Everyone
who was subscribed to the old list should be subscribed to the new list.

This change allows bug-gnutls at gnu.org to be sent directly to the
gnutls-devel list, fixes archiving of PGP/MIME signed messages, makes
sure that non-subscribed people can post to the list, and possibly fixes
other issues that I don't recall now as well.
