[gnutls-dev] gnutls pkg-config files

Hej,
Since release 0.18 pkg-config supports Libs.private and
Requires.private to support
a) static linking
b) dynamic linking on platforms that require direct linking of all
dependencies[1]

afaiui this should do the trick:

[1] On such platforms you'd need
  -ltasn1 -lz -lgcrypt -lnsl -lgpg-error -lgnutls for dynamic linking
instead of just -lgnutls.
