[gnutls-dev] gnutls 0.2.4

I've just released gnutls 0.2.4. It is not very much tested, and there
are known bugs in the der certificate parsing. However the news are:
   Better handling of X.509 certificate extensions
   Added DHE_RSA ciphersuites
   Updated the Name Indication (dnsname) extension
   Improvements in Diffie Hellman primes handling

The todo list has also changed due to aegypten. Thus gnutls in the
next version will not depend only on it's own x.509 handling functions.
