building from source

The website's Download page (https://www.gnupg.org/download/index.html) 
lists this as the current location of the stable source code:

     https://www.gnupg.org/ftp/gcrypt/gnupg/gnupg-2.5.20.tar.bz2

Given it is not labeled w32, I don't see the problem.
