Debian trixie install: sqv cannot parse gpg keyring (workaround)

Hi,

when installing current GnuPG stable from
  https://repos.gnupg.org/deb/gnupg/trixie/

to Debian GNU/Linux Trixie (aka 
  cat /etc/debian_version
  13.3 )

Sub-process /usr/bin/sqv returned an error code (1), error message is: Error: 
Failed to parse keyring "/usr/share/keyrings/gnupg-keyring.gpg"

will currently stop you.

There is an issue with a workaround at:
  https://dev.gnupg.org/T8122
