Theoretically, but I don't think it's been done yet in the public 
cryptanalysis world. The last time I talked with a serious cryptographer 
about it he described it as suitable for an exceptionally ambitious Ph.D 
thesis -- from which I conclude that it's possible but extremely daunting.
