Hello,

I see two identical URLs above, and it is a dead link.

Gpgme is a C library https://gnupg.org/software/gpgme/index.html and
very much alive. The python binings for this library have been split out
from gpgme tarball and are available at
https://dev.gnupg.org/source/gpgmepy/ (GIT) and
https://gnupg.org/ftp/gcrypt/gpgmepy/ (tarball).

cu Andreas
