Thunderbird's hints and history for OpenPGP/MIME (new wiki page)

Hi,
just compiled a new wiki page with history and hints 
about using Thunderbird with OpenPGP/MIME.

Mainly I've used information from the email list,
but it also adds a conclusion how to deal with subject lines
of email.
