Complete Ubuntu compile of GnuPG

Thanks to all for the suggested improvements!!

One think I forgot to mention was to add the configuration:

nano ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf

pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-gtk-2

This is required since pinentry is not compiled from source but
installed as an Ubuntu package.
