Problems using 10kbit keys in GnuPG instead of 4kbit keys

Given that it is related two my second point, it is a problem for
everyone - as long as we use some kind of multi party trust evaluation.
With a simple TOFC scheme (locally tacking the use of seen keys) this
won't be a problem, though
