key generation fails with Crypto Stick and MacOS X

sw=6285  means that your card is in termination state.

You inserted the right card during these 5 minutes, right?

Now the OpenPGP application has been selected.

Running the key generation failed.  The problem seems to be your card
reader or the OS X USB stack.

You may want to check that the card works on a Linux or Windows box.

You tried again - that does not help - there is already a problem.
