gpg-preset-passphrase: cache id

No.  It is used with the commands 

  GET_PASSPHRASE [--data] [--check] [--no-ask] [--repeat[=N]]
                 [--qualitybar] <cache_id>
                 [<error_message> <prompt> <description>]
 
and 

  CLEAR_PASSPHRASE [--mode=normal] <cache_id>

which both take care of the cache-id.
