You should not add this but 

    ;C:\Program Files\GNU\GnuPG\pub

so that other software does not accidently pick up binaries or DLLs only
used with GnuPG and software knowing about it.  Note that the Gpg4win
installer does this all for you.

Actually there is but it is just an alias for gpg2.
