Piping tar into gpg

As usual --files-from (or -T) takes input from stdin if you use "-" as
file name.  Thus there is no need for strange Bash options.  -print0 is
no standard but anyway highly useful, BSD tars seem not to have -T but
you may use gpgtar which features -T and --null.
