Can version 1.4.11 be configured to use IDEA?

I have no problem using idea.dll with 1.4.11. I didn't need to change
anything to the config file, just the line

load-extension c:\program files\gnu\gnupg\idea.dll

with the correct path to idea.dll of course, and including the .dll
extension.
