has anyone figured out how to set the passphrase time-out value in a
GPG4WIN environment? I think there may be a registry entry for it,~
HKEY_CURRENT_USER|Software|GNU|GnuPG ~?
ideally there should be a gpg --passphrase-timeout command to set this
with but I don't mind editing the registry if that how to do it
