gpg-agent does not work

Hello,
  gpg and gpg-agent v2.0.15

  gpg-agent is not working with Thunderbird v3.1.2. Enigmail seems to
think that gpg-agent is not properly configured. That is likely.

The "use-agent" directive is in <~/.gnupg/gpg.conf>
This is what I use at reboot:

  There is a log this in the log file. However, these are entries for
ssh, not TB/Enigmail.
