Come to that, on a mailing list each member could be sent a copy with
the session key encrypted only to their key. For archives, maybe users
could authenticate their key with some sort of challenge-response
setup and then the server could supply a copy of the required messages
encrypted (on the fly) to their key. I guess that would be possible,
rather than practical?
