Looking for a good port80 static-DNS keyserver

Why not just throw the key onto a web server and point people at it  
that way?  Part of the usefulness of a keyserver is to find keys that  
you don't know how to get otherwise.  In your case, you are telling  
people where to get it so that doesn't apply.
