I'd suggest to check out www.gpg4win.org and use the most recent
non-beta from there.

Apart from GnuPG itself (which is "only" a console application), it
gives you GUIs/plugins to integrate GnuPG into Windows Explorer and Outlook.

If you use Thunderbird as your mail program, you will want to have a
look at the "Enigmail" plugin after installing GnuPG.
