Why would you want to?

Surely you would want to encrypt it with their public key, so that they can
decrypt it with their own private key?  Otherwise you end up with the old
chestnut of key exchange problems (i.e. if you can't get the document to
them securely without encrypting it, how do you get the key to them
securely?)

I suspect that the closest thing to what you want to do is to generate a
public/private keypair yourself, and then export the private key:

  gpg --armor --export-secret-key <keyID>

You can then give them this exported secret key.  Of course, you need to
be very careful about how you transport this secret key around.
