On that subject, and dragging things vaguely back to GnuPG...

Does anyone know of a way to get M$ LookOut to support PGP/MIME properly
(in particular, mails with attachments)?

I'm fed up of having to re-send mails to colleagues because they can't
read PGP/MIME.
