Q about verifying sig's

I was reading traffic from Daigle, on PGP-Basics and noticed a lack of
ability to verify his signed email. In fact, I thought I'd already had his
imported and verified.

The GPG window pop-up was this screenshot seen here:

a line in it suggested I look at
http://www.gnupg.org/faq/subkey-cross-certify.html%20for%20more%20information

when I got there, I was met with error 404 ...

Thus, two questions, what original gpg key-verification error was the
pop-up talking about and

how do I find that page I was originally referred to?
