W32 version tries to write to /dev/null

I used the -n switch to simulate signing and it returned an error
saying that /dev/null doesn't exist.
gpg -v -n -o "somefile" -s "someotherfile"
returns
gpg: can't create `/dev/null': No such file or directory
gpg: signing failed: file create error
