Output file with original filename

Hi again,

GPG reports original filename when I decrypt a file, but I am not familiar
with any option to get the original name on the output.

Useful when I have made a backup from within some program and have
encrypted the result. I have added date+time to the filename to keep
different backups apart.

In many programs the backup file has the very same name every time. I must
rename them back to the standard name before I can use them for restore.
