There are different versions for different OS X:
- 10.3.x Panther.
- 10.4.x Tiger.
The above page shows what you have to do in order to enable  
Mail.bundles under 10.4.1
Latest version, although beta, is pretty stable <http://www.sente.ch/ 
pub/beta/GPGMailv43Tiger.dmg>
