FTP Issues

Can you please verify that there are no issues with the FTP Server at
gnupg.org.  I am trying to download the 1.4.1 code, but am unable to get
through.  I am unsure if I am being blocked, or if it is an issue with the
FTP server.  Any help is appreciated.

Also,  what is the best version to install on an AIX system?  Will 1.4.1
work?
