GPG on USB drive

I fail to see the advantge of it; it's easier to install it directly
on the host system and just put the data (keyrings) on the USB drive.
If you are not allowed to do that I wonder why you are allowed to use
an USB drive or why you trust the machine at all. 

BTW, the next binary release of GnuPG for W32 will come with a
graphical installer.
