I think setup instructions can be found elsewhere in this list, but if you want some comprehensive installation intructions you could use: http://enigmail.mozdev.org/gpgconf.html Those are the instructions from the enigmail site, and since you mention you are also using that I don't feel bad just redirecting you to them. ;)
