This is a strange response. Can you add:
--debug 1024 --keyserver-options keep-temp-files
to your command line and then send me the "tempin.txt" and
"tempout.txt" files? They will end up in wherever your temp directory
is. Look for the log line beginning "args expanded to" for the whole
path.
