Remember passphrase

Hello gnupg-users,

I thought I had it working after having switched on the option in
GPShell. But it isn´t. In the Bat! there is also een option to
remember the passphrase for so many minutes. That option is on too.
And I have downloaded GPGRelay and working but I still do not manage
to remember my passphrase for sending and decrypting messages.
Is there something that I do wrong or forget?
