Mozilla Mail here, both Windows and Linux.  Adding enigmail to support
GnuPG.  Integration is at least as good as what PGP wants money for.

I also inline and haven't gotten any complaints; it's self-evident what
it is and even the parrot list I run, full of novices, nobody has
complained.
