I can't see that from the output.  It is a pretty standard messages
encrypted to 2 recipients. 

An ARR (Additional Recipient Request) is probably what you mean with
ADK; this is a request to the program (included in a self-signature)
to silently add another recipient.  GnuPG ignores such requests.
