gpgv vs. gpg --verify

trustdb is from editing the trust on the key. gpg --edit-key

I'd expect it to be related to this part of gpg.conf:
# If you have more than 1 secret key in your keyring, you may want to
# uncomment the following option and set your preferred keyid.

#default-key 621CC013

Just a guess.
