This is an inline signed message: The Content-Type is text/plain, as for a
normal, unsigned message, and the signed message is just inserted in the body
of the mail.
What you do (and what I usually do) is PGP/MIME: the Content-Type is
multipart/signed, the first MIME part contains the message text, and the
second part contains the signature (in gpg-speak a detached signature).
