Sign Keys

does anybody know how to make key sign work with Gpa in MDK9.2. Doesn't
work anymore since 9.0. I just cannot sign any keys. Old keys still show
up as signed.
It appears that everything works when I sign a key, but it does not show
as signed after it.
No error messages show up.
