Hi Per,

Maybe try this:
  gpg --keyserver keyserver.kjsl.com --search-keys F661F608

Then:
  gpg --keyserver keyserver.kjsl.com --recv-keys F661F608

Strangely, the web interface at 
http://keyserver.kjsl.com/~jharris/skylane/pks-commands.php#extract

finds the mentioned key, but the command line always returns 
gpg: key "F661F608" not found on keyserver

I tried different public keys with the same results.

However, the recv-keys command imports Ingo Kloeckers's public key!
