Can't create revocation certicate

Weird.  There must be some bad interaction with some printed strings.
Unfortunately, there is no debugging option which caqn help us here.
The only thing to do is to fire up a debugger or insert debugging
code.

What Windows version are you running?  I can only test on ME.
